Biography

Paul is an entrepreneur, trial lawyer, and business builder who is on the constant look-out for new opportunities, innovations, and new ways of getting the best possible results for his clients and customers.

Paul has been practicing law since 1988, and in 1992, he founded Goyette & Associates, Inc. with a goal of using the law to get the best possible results and business outcomes for his clients.

Now, almost 30 years later, Paul oversees teams of lawyers and other specialists in diverse departments with various legal practices and is responsible for client development and marketing policies at G&A. Paul also serves as Chief Legal Counsel for over 100 public and private sector employee organizations as well as small and medium sized businesses.

In addition, Paul is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of several companies, including RNGuardian, EMSGuardian, G Ventures, LLC., and Lannister Law Corporation. Paul is also an owner, board member and director of Primal Quest Inc., and outdoor adventure company.

Legal Expertise

Ove the course of his career, Paul has seen over 50 cases to jury verdict in both Federal and State Court. He has been trial counsel in complex class action lawsuits, civil litigation matters for both plaintiffs and defendants and has extensive trial experience in complex criminal defense matters in both Federal and State court.

The basis of Paul’s trial and litigation practice is simple: get the best possible result at the earliest possible time for his clients. Paul has unparalleled trial skills that allow him to be a preeminently effective advocate for his clients. His representation experience includes over 40 jury trials to verdict, numerous court trials and a countless number of arbitrations, mediations and other administrative proceedings.
