Biography

Sarah has been with Goyette & Associates since early 2017, after years working in civil litigation.

At G&A, Sarah largely works on cases relating to employment matters, representing public safety officers, firefighters and nurses, with issues spanning from the IA process, to Skelly hearings and to the end of the administrative hearing process.

When asked about her work, Sarah says she most enjoys getting to fight for her clients and connect directly with them, helping them during the process of going through discipline in their employment, and easing their way through the process as much as she can.

Sarah was born in Salinas, CA and was raised in the Monterey area. She earned her undergraduate degrees (a B.A. in French Literature and a B.A in Philosophy) from the University of California, San Diego, graduating Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa in 2004. She received her Master’s Degree from NYU in French Literature in 2006 and and graduated with distinction from McGeorge School of Law in 2012 with a business concentration and a Witkin award in Sports Law.
