G&A's New Year Ezine: Welcome New Associations and Staff!

What Is Going On In The Legal World And How It Affects You
 In This Issue:

  • What Paul and the G&A Team are Up To:  Tons of growth that directly benefits you and your organization!
  • A Note of Thanks for Your Continued Patronage: We know you have a choice in your legal representation- thanks for choosing us.

WHAT PAUL AND THE G&A TEAM ARE UP TO:
We would like to welcome our newest Associations: Calistoga Police Officer’s Association and Merced County Deputy Sheriff’s Association. Welcome aboard, we look forward to serving you in 2011 and for many years to come.

Who’s New at G&A (Or who’s doing something new…)

G&A is pleased to welcome its newest members and congratulate those who have changed their roles to better suit you.
Brett Sherman, our stellar law clerk for 2010 has joined G&A’s Labor Department as an attorney. Brett has been working in all divisions at the Firm for the previous year and is perfectly suited to represent our invaluable Association clients and Registered Nurses.
Cathleen Demant, recent Juris Doctorate recipient from McGeorge Law School  is G&A’s new law clerk. Thanks for all the hard work you will undoubtedly do for us!
Lori Carmichael, legal secretary extraordinaire is the newest member of our legal support team.
Rafael Ruano, Managing Associate of our Wills Trust and Estate Planning Division is taking on a new role of Chief Administrative Officer for the Firm. Congratulations to Rafael on his new role.
Jennifer Coalson-Perez, former Chief of Staff, will be dedicating 100% of her time to Public Relations and keeping our Associations and Clients happy as well as continuing in her role as Executive Assistant to Paul, Marketing Director for the Firm and Case Management Coordinator for our Registered Nurse Clients.

A Note Just to Say, Thanks.

As a Labor and Employment Firm, we understand the term “At Will Employment” perhaps better than anyone, which is why we want to say thanks for employing us as your representatives.
There are many firms out there who could represent you at an internal investigation or Skelly hearing, negotiate your contracts or sit with you at the bargaining table. But there is only one Firm as dedicated to fighting for you as an Individual and your Association as an entity, as we are.  We want to thank you for recognizing that and promise to return the favor by continuing to give you the best and the brightest, the toughest and most diplomatic and doing it all for an exceptional value.
If there is ever anything more we could do, let us know…. Hey if we are your “at will employee” we expect an evaluation every now and then. J
Committed to Being an Asset to You,
The Entire G&A Team
